Our prescription transfer service is easy to use, and you can either visit our pharmacy or contact us to request a prescription transfer. Once we receive the request, our team will work closely with the your previous pharmacy to obtain all necessary information about your medications and health history.

Once the transfer is complete, you can pick up the medications at our pharmacy or have them delivered to your home or any other requested location.

You can quickly and conveniently transfer prescriptions you receive from another pharmacy to ours. When we transfer a prescription, the new pharmacy also receives any unfilled refills.

Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for your prescription to be transferred.

The Procedure of Prescription Transfer

• To request a Rx transfer, call or come to our pharmacy.
• Share the names, dosages, and Rx numbers of all the medications you want to transfer.
• Specify the phone number and address of your current pharmacy. We’ll make contact with your previous pharmacy and handle the majority of the procedure.
• Wait until the transfer is finished, giving yourself at least 1-3 business days.
