Prescription Refill
We’ve made it simpler for you to take control of your health by providing easy ways to refill existing medicines.
You can easily request prescription refills through our online platform, without the need for an in-person visit or phone call.
Why Our Pharmacy?
Our team of pharmacists reviews each refill request carefully to ensure that the medication is still appropriate for your needs and that there are no potential interactions with other medications.
Once the refill is approved, you can pick up your medication at our pharmacy or have it delivered to your home.
The Procedure of Prescription Refill
- Submit your online requests for refills.
- When your prescription is ready at the pharmacy, we’ll let you know.
- We will process your payment and insurance.
- Verify your preferences for delivery or pickup.
- If necessary, discuss your medication.
After being returned to the pharmacy, most prescriptions can be renewed for up to 18 months. After the prescription is dropped off at your pharmacy, you can only get refills on medications in the controlled and targeted substances category for a year.
Please make sure the person who has the prescription calls the pharmacy ahead of time to let us know someone else will be picking up the medication if you are picking up a prescription for someone else.
The prescription will be placed back into its original container if the patient has not picked up the drug and has not called the pharmacy to request that it be held for a specific date.
